Every handmade item undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure precision and excellence before it is carefully packaged and dispatched. Our commitment is to deliver products that surpass expectations and withstand transit challenges.

Given that some of our products incorporate paper and/or wood materials, it's important to handle them with care, especially when wiping.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

In the case of returns, kindly reach out to us at hello@gabrunaari.com stating your order ID and the reason for return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Please note that courier charges for returns will not be covered by Gabrunaari. You are responsible for sending the product back to us with its original packaging. The refund will be processed upon receiving the products at our end, typically within 5-7 working days.

(a.) There are "No Returns" & "No Exchange" on these products unless you receive the wrong product.

Returns on all products will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received.

NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED ON CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS.
